Privacy notice for EZ-Quote

What you enter: the property address, the type of home, your answers about the roof (what is on it now and about how old, what you would like done, leaks, solar panels, timing, and whether you are interested in monthly payments), any note you leave for the roofer, and your name, phone number, email address and whether texts are OK.

Your roof's measurement. We measure the roof at the address from aerial data: a public survey by the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Google's building data, and Google's satellite photo. The measurement is saved with your estimate. Condos are not measured.

Technical information: your IP address, used only to limit abuse (see “How long we keep it”), and Cloudflare's check that you are a person. So ACE Roofing & Remodeling knows how you found the tool, we also note the web page it was on (or the page that linked to it), without anything after the “?” in its address except advertising campaign tags (utm_source and the like), if the link had them.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If the page reloads before you send your details, your answers are kept in that browser tab only, until you send them or close the tab.

• To measure your roof and work out a preliminary price range from ACE Roofing & Remodeling's own prices. This is a plain calculation; no artificial intelligence is involved.
• To send your request and the estimate you saw to ACE Roofing & Remodeling, who will contact you about it by phone or email (by text only if you said texts are OK), and to email you a copy. We never send marketing messages, and your number is not used for automated calls or texts.
• To keep the tool working and to prevent spam and abuse.

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. Your request goes only to ACE Roofing & Remodeling, never to other companies.

These companies handle information only to provide their part of the service:

• Cloudflare hosts the tool and runs the check that you are a person (Turnstile privacy).
• Supabase stores estimates in a private database.
• Google suggests addresses as you type (what you type in the address field is sent to Google), finds the address's location, provides building data for the measurement, and serves the satellite photo, which your browser loads directly from Google. Google's services are subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
• Amazon Web Services hosts the public USGS survey data. Our server downloads the data for the area around the address; nothing about you is sent.
• Resend delivers the emails to ACE Roofing & Remodeling and to you.

• Requests you send are deleted automatically 12 months after you send them. ACE Roofing & Remodeling keeps its own copy of the emails it received.
• Estimates you start but never send (the address and the measurement, no contact details) are deleted after 35 days.
• Abuse-prevention records: your IP address is never stored as-is, only as a scrambled code that cannot be turned back into it, and those records are deleted within 2 days.

Everything is sent over encrypted connections. Estimates are stored privately and are reachable only by our servers. If a security problem ever affected your information, we would tell you as the law requires.

To see, correct or delete what you sent, contact ACE Roofing & Remodeling at (623) 581-0484 or aceroofingaz@gmail.com, or email us at privacy@getroofcue.com. We answer within 30 days.

This tool is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

The price range is a preliminary estimate from aerial data and your answers. It is not a quote, a roof inspection or an insurance determination. Your roofer confirms the roof on site before giving you a firm price.

If this notice changes, the new version will be posted here with its date.
